Turn your heater into a real parking heater

With our upgrade kit, you can turn the factory-fitted auxiliary heater in your VW T7 into a genuine parking heater. The standard water-based auxiliary heater only runs while you're driving, helping the engine reach operating temperature faster. With our upgrade kit, you can use the same heater while parked too – warm air and ice-free windows before you even get in.

Installation requires no changes to the vehicle's electronics and no software update.

How to check if your VW T7 is compatible

If you find a sticker with the Webasto or Eberspächer logo on the door sill or in the engine bay, your T7 already comes with a diesel-powered auxiliary heater as standard. In that case, our kit can be installed easily to turn it into a full parking heater.

Compatible with the following vehicles fitted with a diesel-powered auxiliary heater:

• VW T7 Multivan – Climatic (up to model year 2025)
• VW T7 Multivan – Climatronic (up to model year 2025)
• VW T7 California – all versions with an auxiliary heater

How you control the heater after the upgrade

Once installed, you can switch on the heating however you like:

• via an analogue +12V signal
• via a smartphone app (LTE, GSM, UMTS, 4G) – control by app or SMS
• via a Webasto MultiControl or Telestart T99 remote control

Good to know

• You don't need a second battery – power consumption is minimal.
• With a starter battery in good condition, one full night of heating won't drain it.
• Installation is reversible and leaves no trace on your vehicle – also a great fit for leased vehicles.
• Since the connection requires soldering, we recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified workshop.
