Accessibility
Nothing is more annoying than an (online) store where you don't get any feedback or answers to your questions. You can therefore write to me via WhatsApp or email and I will take the time to answer you. This will usually be Mon - Fri from 08:00 to 18:30. But exceptions prove the rule, so I may sometimes reply outside these times, which I'm sure you won't mind.
Shipping
Here, attention is paid to recycling the packaging. It is therefore possible that your delivery will arrive in a box that has already been used. Because as long as the box is intact and stable, it offers the same protection as a new box. And to be honest, it doesn't have to be pretty, does it? After all, the important thing is that your goods arrive undamaged.

How long does it take to make the thermal mats if you make them to measure for me?
It usually takes around 15 working days, depending on the cost and number of thermal mats.
How can I pay when I order online?
You can pay for your online order by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. All major cards are accepted in the store (NO American Express and no JCB Diners credit cards). Goods are generally only dispatched or handed over once payment has been made. You can also use your Monni card to pay in the store.
I live in Switzerland, how can I still order from you?
For deliveries to Switzerland, please contact Grenzpaket.ch or mypaketshop.ch. These two internet addresses are only recommendations, I do not receive any commission or anything else.
