The swivel base for the driver seat of the Volkswagen ID Buzz and VW T7 Multivan is the ideal solution to quickly transform the driver’s cabin into a comfortable living space. Designed for camper conversions and travel vehicles, it offers high build quality, excellent stability, and very quiet operation.

Manufactured in France by Scopema, this RIB swivel base is known for its robust construction and long-lasting durability, even under intensive use. The new V3 generation design combines functionality with a slim profile, limiting the additional seat height to only 21 mm, helping maintain a comfortable driving position.

Installation is simple and fast, positioned between the original seat and the seat box. All required mounting bolts for standard seats are included, so no structural modifications to the vehicle are necessary.

Thanks to the central pivot axis system, the seat can be rotated smoothly and safely up to 180°. The base locks securely in the driving position, ensuring maximum safety while driving.

The swivel base is ATEEL certified, an independent European testing laboratory that evaluates products according to the same strict safety standards as TÜV, including regulations R14, R16, and R17 related to vehicle seating systems.

The powder-coated steel construction ensures stable, durable, and noise-free operation, even after frequent use.
