Important information for deliveries outside the European Union (UK)<\/b><\/h2>

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom (UK) are considered <\/span>shipments outside the European Union<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Right of withdrawal and returns<\/b>
<\/span>For deliveries to the United Kingdom, <\/span>no statutory right of withdrawal applies<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>Orders shipped to the UK are generally <\/span>non-returnable and non-refundable<\/b>, unless otherwise expressly agreed.<\/span>
<\/span>This does not affect statutory rights in the event of <\/span>defective or incorrectly delivered goods<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Customs duties, taxes and import charges<\/b>
<\/span>Shipments to the United Kingdom may be subject to <\/span>customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees and other charges<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>These costs are <\/span>not included<\/b> in the product price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

Customs clearance is handled by our shipping provider. Customers will be <\/span>contacted directly by the carrier<\/b> and are required to pay all applicable charges <\/span>directly to the carrier<\/b> in order to receive the shipment.<\/span><\/p>

Handling and processing fees<\/b>
<\/span>Additional <\/span>handling fees<\/b> are charged at checkout. These fees cover the extra effort required for the <\/span>preparation, documentation and processing of shipments outside the European Union<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

If customs duties, taxes or handling fees are not paid, the shipment may not be delivered and may be returned or held by customs. In such cases, <\/span>no refund of the purchase price or shipping costs will be issued<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    1) Scope of application<\/b><\/h2>

    1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as \u201cGTC\u201d) of Campzilla d. Kuhlow Chlo\u00e9 (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSeller\u201d) shall apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or a trader (hereinafter referred to as \u201cClient\u201d) and the Seller relating to all goods and\/or services presented in the Seller\u2019s online store. The inclusion of the Customer\u2019s own terms and conditions is hereby rejected, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>

    1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.<\/span><\/p>

    1.3 An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.<\/span><\/p>

    2) Conclusion of contract<\/b><\/h2>

    2.1 The product descriptions contained in the seller\u2019s online store do not constitute binding offers on the part of the seller, but serve to submit a binding offer by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

    2.2 The customer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the seller\u2019s online store. After placing the selected goods in the virtual shopping cart and going through the electronic ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding contractual offer with regard to the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the button that concludes the ordering process.<\/span><\/p>

    2.3 The Seller may accept the Customer\u2019s offer within five days by sending the Customer a written order confirmation or an order confirmation in text form (fax or e-mail), whereby the receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer is decisive in this respect, or<\/span>
    <\/span>by delivering the ordered goods to the customer, whereby the receipt of the goods by the customer is decisive in this respect, or<\/span>
    <\/span>by requesting payment from the customer after the order has been placed.<\/span><\/p>

    If several of the aforementioned alternatives exist, the contract is concluded at the point in time at which one of the aforementioned alternatives occurs first. The period for accepting the offer begins on the day after the offer is sent by the customer and ends at the end of the fifth day following the sending of the offer. If the seller does not accept the customer\u2019s offer within the aforementioned period, this shall be deemed a rejection of the offer with the consequence that the customer is no longer bound by his declaration of intent.<\/span><\/p>

    2.4 If a payment method offered by PayPal is selected, payment shall be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.\u00e0 r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22\u201324 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: \u201cPayPal\u201d), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use.<\/span><\/p>

    2.5 When submitting an offer via the seller\u2019s online order form, the text of the contract is saved by the seller after the contract is concluded and sent to the customer in text form (e.g. email) after the customer\u2019s order has been sent.<\/span><\/p>

    2.6 Before submitting a binding order, the customer can recognize and correct possible input errors using the usual keyboard and mouse functions until the order is completed.<\/span><\/p>

    2.7 Order processing and contact are generally carried out by e-mail. The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided is correct.<\/span><\/p>

    3) Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/h2>

    3.1 Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal, <\/span>unless the delivery address is located outside the European Union<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    3.2 Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller\u2019s withdrawal policy.<\/span><\/p>

    4) Prices and terms of payment<\/b><\/h2>

    4.1 Unless otherwise stated, all prices are total prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately.<\/span><\/p>

    4.2 The available payment methods are shown in the online store.<\/span><\/p>

    4.3 If advance payment has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.<\/span><\/p>

    4.4 Payments via PayPal are processed in accordance with PayPal\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>

    5) Delivery and shipping conditions<\/b><\/h2>

    5.1 Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

    5.2 If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the resulting costs.<\/span><\/p>

    5.3 For entrepreneurs, risk passes upon handover to the carrier. For consumers, risk passes upon delivery.<\/span><\/p>

    5.4 The Seller may withdraw from the contract in the event of non-availability.<\/span><\/p>

    5.5 Collection by the customer is possible if offered.<\/span><\/p>

    Customs Duties and Import Taxes (for Switzerland and the United Kingdom)<\/b>
    <\/span>All customs duties, import VAT and related charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the purchase price.<\/span><\/p>

    6) Retention of title<\/b><\/h2>

    The Seller retains title to the goods until full payment has been received.<\/span><\/p>

    7) Liability for defects (warranty)<\/b><\/h2>

    Statutory warranty rights apply.<\/span>
    <\/span>For entrepreneurs, limitation periods and exclusions may apply as permitted by law.<\/span><\/p>

    8) Liability<\/b><\/h2>

    The Seller is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability.<\/span>
    <\/span>In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.<\/span><\/p>

    9) Applicable law<\/b><\/h2>

    The law of the Italian Republic shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).<\/span><\/p>

    10) Place of jurisdiction<\/b><\/h2>

    If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction shall be the Seller\u2019s place of business.<\/span><\/p>

    11) Code of conduct<\/b><\/h2>

    The Seller adheres to the \u201cFairness in Commerce\u201d eCommerce initiative.<\/span><\/p>

    12) Alternative dispute resolution<\/b><\/h2>

    The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution.<\/span>
