Cooling boxes

Cooling boxes are indispensable for camping, road trips or picnics as they keep food and drinks fresh. There are two main types of cool boxes: compressor cool boxes and thermoelectric models.

Compressor coolers offer powerful cooling that works regardless of the outside temperature and can often even freeze. They are ideal for longer trips or hot regions. Thermoelectric coolers, on the other hand, are lighter and cheaper, but work most effectively at moderate temperatures, as they can only cool the ambient temperature down by around 20°C.

Both variants are available in different sizes, often with practical features such as carrying handles, energy efficiency modes and 12-volt connections for the vehicle’s cigarette lighter. With the right cool box, snacks and drinks always stay pleasantly fresh on the go.
